Terms of use

Last updated: November 2026. is run by an operator based in Poland (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

The service

lets you make a digital advent calendar and share it with a private link. Each door opens on its day, at midnight in the time zone you choose. The service is in beta. Making a calendar is free; Premium is paid once payments start (see below). To use it, you need an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript turned on and an internet connection; recording a voice message also needs a microphone. You can stop using the service at any time, and our agreement about a calendar ends when the calendar is deleted.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 to make a calendar. To pay for Premium, you must be an adult or have a parent’s permission. A recipient can be any age: a parent or another adult can make a calendar for a child.

is not offered in the Russian Federation and is not intended for people living there. Payments are not available in Russia.

Your content

What is not allowed

Reporting and removal. If you see a calendar that breaks these rules, use the Report link at the bottom of the calendar or album, or write to [email protected] with its link and what is wrong. We look at every report carefully and may remove content or delete the calendar. Because there are no accounts, we can explain a removal only to a giver who writes to us. We report serious crimes to the authorities when the law requires it.

Free and Premium

A Free calendar uses the 5 classic designs and can hold up to 2 photos, 2 voice messages, 2 songs and 2 video or other links. Premium adds 5 living designs, a photo, a voice message and a song or video in every door, personal ideas written by AI, and a keepsake album with a PDF after the last door.

Premium comes as a season pass for €4.99. Paid once. No subscription. With one pass, every calendar you make or upgrade until February 28, 2027 (inclusive) becomes Premium, up to 10 calendars. Prices are final and include any taxes. We always show the price before you pay, and we never charge you without your clear action. When we offer a promotion code, you can enter it on the payment page.

How the season pass works. You can buy it in a calendar’s settings or on the home page. If you buy it from a calendar, that calendar becomes Premium right away and counts as one of the 10. A calendar that is already Premium, such as one made during the beta, does not use up a place. There are no accounts, so the pass is remembered in the browser you paid in, and new calendars you make there become Premium by themselves. You also get a pass code: it is shown right after you pay and it is in your receipt. To use the pass on another device, enter the code under “Have a code?” in a calendar’s settings; that browser then remembers the pass too. You may share the code or give it to someone, but every calendar it makes Premium counts toward the same 10. After February 28, 2027, the pass is no longer sold and makes no new calendars Premium. Calendars it has already made Premium stay Premium after that date too, until they are deleted (see “Automatic deletion”).

During the beta there are no payments and every calendar gets Premium for free. Calendars made during the beta stay Premium for free, also after payments start. They are never tied to a season pass.

Paying. You pay on a secure page run by our payment provider, Stripe (Stripe Checkout); Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself. You give an email address there. Stripe sends your receipt to it, with your pass code, and when our emails are switched on, we send you the code there as well. If you lose it, use “Resend my receipt and pass code” in My calendars: we send it again, only to the address you gave when you paid.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can usually withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. The season pass is digital content that you get straight away. Before you pay, you tick the box “I want Premium to start right away. I understand that this ends my 14-day right of withdrawal.” This confirmation is repeated in your receipt. The pass starts as soon as the payment goes through: you get your pass code at once, and the calendar you bought it from, if any, becomes Premium at once. From that moment you can no longer withdraw.

This does not affect your rights if Premium does not work as promised. Then you can ask us to fix it, and if we can’t do that within a reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or your money back.

Refunds. If the payment for a season pass is refunded in full, the pass is cancelled: it no longer makes any calendar Premium. The calendars it made Premium go back to Free, also those that someone else upgraded with your code. Everything already in them stays (text, photos, voice messages, links and the design), but nothing new that needs Premium can be added, and the Free deletion rules apply from then on. If the end of February after the last door has already passed, the calendar is not deleted at once: we keep it for 30 days from the refund and then delete it. In that time you can save it with “Download everything” in the calendar’s settings. If we can email you, we tell you the date. A partial refund changes nothing.

Limits

Each door can hold up to 2,000 characters of text, one photo (up to 1.5 MB after compression), one voice message (up to 1 minute and 2 MB) and one song or video link. A calendar can hold up to 30 MB of photos and voice messages, and up to 20 requests for personal ideas; there is also a daily limit for everyone together. Free calendars also have the limits above. The site shows the current limits.

Automatic deletion

Calendars are deleted automatically, counted from the day of the last door: Free calendars at the end of February after the last door (at least 7 days after it); Premium calendars with the album on the date the giver chooses (at most one year after the last door); Premium calendars without the album 7 days after the last door. A calendar in which not a single door has any text, link, photo or voice message is deleted with all its files 30 days after it was created. The giver can delete a calendar at any time; the recipient can delete it from the device on which they first opened it. Deleting is permanent and applies to both people. If you want to keep something, download the album as a PDF in time.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but the service is new and in beta, so we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Emails and notifications are delivered by other services and may sometimes arrive late or not at all. We may change features, or stop the service; if we stop it, we will announce it on the site in good time so you can save your albums. If this stops you from using Premium you have paid for, you keep your statutory rights, including getting your money back. Links to other services (for example YouTube or Spotify) are governed by those services’ terms, and some of them may not work in every country.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory product liability law. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights, including your rights if paid Premium does not work as promised.

Otherwise, we are liable for slight negligence only when we breach a duty that is essential to the service, and then only for typical damage we could foresee. We are not responsible for what givers put into calendars or for the services that links lead to.

Complaints

If something in the service does not work as it should, write to [email protected] with the calendar’s link and a short description; about a purchase, write from the email address you paid with. We answer within 14 days. If you are a consumer in the EU and we cannot agree, you can also turn to a consumer protection body in your country; in Poland, for example, a local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce important changes on the site before they apply. Changes never take away Premium you have already paid for. If you don’t agree with a change, you can stop using the service and delete your calendar.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live: you can rely on them and bring a claim in the courts of that country, and we can bring a claim against you only there. Otherwise, the courts of Poland decide disputes.
